Terrible - Branch Manager Community Financial System, Inc. Employee Review

Upper management is terrible, and very clicky. You are not allowed to give suggestions for improvement, unless you enjoy being yelled at. They can not keep people hired, and are starting to run on 1 person crews in the various back office processing. This leads to very unhappy customers, and a difficult time meeting goals. I have seen blatant racism, and am appalled to be associated to this work space.
