Pros
Overall Community Health Network had some important pros to mention, specifically, work life balance, training opportunities, team environment (great team members), variety of health related topics.
Cons
On the other hand the compensation was very low, often times we had to wake up very early so scheduling is a con, management was okay but there was no career advancement opportunities
