Productivity Levels Very Challenging in the School Setting - School Based Therapist Community Health Network (Indiana) Employee Review

Productivity is hard to meet - mental health services are hard to place a quota on very politicized hierarchy almost too positive supervision, never felt areas for growth, never felt challenged, except in crisis situations which may/may not be handled supportively turnover rate is INSANE!!! Company is religious and that is mainstreamed to everyone in large group meetings
