Pros
Family focus. Quick to try and show recognition of their employees. Patient care and safety is the company's main goal. Executive management is foward thinking which helps keep the company profitable and minimizing job cuts.
Cons
Unfortunately healthcare has began to feel a bit corporate-like. But it's probably happening everywhere. Sometimes you can feel like just a number, although not nearly to the degree that you hear about from other networks.
