independence in the community, patients are amazing, front office staff are extremely helpful, doctors are excellent and work with the teams, good monthly incentives if paperwork is on time, educational opportunities for those who want to pursue advanced degrees
Cons
unrealistic deadlines, micromanagement, coworkers aren't helpful, some patients make up complaints constantly if they don't like staff they're assigned to, still lacking in acceptance of LGBT awareness and acceptance. Benefits are kind of bad compared to other healthcare organizations in the area. Old dirty vehicles for workers to use that they don't keep sanitary
