Pros
Co-workers were great. Benefits were decent. Non for profit, so counts towards 10 year student loan forgiveness. Tons of positions to move to. If you know the right people, you can move up quickly.
Cons
More talk than action. Fragmented work processes. Every person does the same thing differently.
