Business Outlook
Pros
North is a great hospital to work at. Love my job even during stressful shifts. Everyone is very helpful and nurses are always willing to teach. There is a wide range of patients and medical conditions to learn from and every day is different. The hospital is innovative and has great technology/supplies to help patients receive excellent care. Resources are available everywhere that allow me to get my job done!
Cons
Really no major cons besides the fact that the cafeteria is way too expensive and there is never anything healthy available for night shift. Some units are understaffed with techs which can result in heavy patient loads but it is doable.
