They treat nurses like they are just a number and replaceable - Registered Nurse Community Health Network (Indiana) Employee Review

Community Health network treats nurses like we are easily replaced. Management has favorites (employees) who routinely get easy assignments and end up sitting at the desk while others are running around needing help. I worked there for over 25 years and never felt truly appreciated for the long hours and hard work. Nurses are taken advantage of and overworked. We could accumulate PTO but were never allowed to take time off and use it. It's hard to see the new corporations who treat their employees well with the hopes of better performance from employees. I wish CHN would have adopted that mission.
