      Good co-workers and clean facility

      Cons

      The PTO is ridiculous... for the first FIVE years you only get 7.08 hrs PTO every 2 weeks and you are required to use PTO for everything... holidays (yes, you pay yourself for holidays), sick days, personal days and vacation.
