Pros
It was a remote job. They provided the equipment. They had monthly educational webinars. You could submit a coding case for review.
Cons
There were too many softwares to use for capturing charges. There was a spreadsheet to fill out at the end of the day where you had to count all your charges and assign them to the correct correct column for productivity measurement (e.g., 15 charts per hour when using EZDI). It took about 20 minutes to fill out the spreadsheet. Low wages. They didn't pay for coding books or aapc membership.
