Pros
Job security (never had any lay offs and it's a stable industry) Culture is good Industry leader so there's comfort in that knowledge
Cons
When promoted or given more responsibilities, salary increases are not automatic, seems like you have to beg for it, and then you usually even don't get it then. Market adjustments are rare and pay grades are "anonymous" - which is not right.
