Pros
Great working with seniors in a adult day care center and helping them in there homes to be more independent and have a better quality of life.
Cons
BAD communication. Will not discuss issues with there aids. Makes policy changes that put workers in unsafe working locations. Fires supervisors that are trying to make things better for the employees. Overall NOT a good company to work for.
