Pros
1.You will become a true software professional. No other company is gonna give you the developer role for a fresher in their main product 2. You will never be sorry about your salary 3. You'll work with many of the masterminds. Not with a bunch of programmers who do not even know how to write a small program in C .
Cons
1. Workload is some what more, but what you learn in 2 years you'll learn in 1yr here. 2. People donot recognize when you say proudly "Im working at commvault with XXXXXXX rs/- package" beacause this company deals only with enterprises.
