      Pros

      Good benefits 5 weeks paid vacation (although they boast freedom pto with unlimited time off which isn't true for support, still a good amount of time) Unlimited sick time (also kind of not true for support) Good colleagues

      Cons

      Outsourcing to India Not enough employees to manage ever increasing workload Terrible work life balance as a result of the above Morale very low Leadership lies often, no trust or transparency
