      - Company has been through a huge transformation over the last couple of years and is entering an exciting new phase of growth - Innovative products that our customers love working with - Great team of people, everyone is friendly and helpful/supportive - Love the remote/flexible working environment - A truely global organisation with global opportunities!

      - We are growing quickly and some of our internal processes need to adapt - Some of our benefits could be better, but they are still good for the most part
