My supervisor was, by far, the best supervisor of my career. She was very invested in my growth and development and I actually looked forward to supervision.

Cons

Working at the pleasure of your clients. Full time hours were hard to come by.

Pros

Management is knowledgeable and supportive. The culture is laid back and friendly. The owners are genuine people who appreciate their employees not just a corporation out for money. Initial trainings are effective and hands on--you aren't just thrown to the wolves.

Cons

Hours and as a result, pay, are variable due to cancellations by clients. However, in comparison to most ABA companies in the area the pay and benefits are competitive.
