Supportive leadership team that understands the need for a healthy work life balance. Many opportunities for growth and development with supervision for a variety of licensure (LPC, LSW, LBA) as well as promotion from within to supervisory roles. Many team building events offered throughout the year.

Cons

Late hours due to the nature of the services provided, in the home when the clients are not in school.

Management is knowledgeable and supportive. The culture is laid back and friendly. The owners are genuine people who appreciate their employees not just a corporation out for money. Initial trainings are effective and hands on--you aren't just thrown to the wolves.

Cons

Hours and as a result, pay, are variable due to cancellations by clients. However, in comparison to most ABA companies in the area the pay and benefits are competitive.
