Pros
The supervisors always have their door open for you and really take their time to guide you. What I liked the most about working here is how open everyone is with each other and how willing to help they are. I made many friends during my time with this company and never had or even heard about negative interactions with other employees. I also feel like I grew a lot personally as well as in my career during my time with this company. This is truly a company that is true to their word, wants to see you grow, and values the time you are with them.
Cons
I would have felt more prepared initially if training included the 40hr RBT course. The hours aren't consistent sometimes but the supervisors are very good about finding resources that need to be made in order to make sure you get as many hours as possible (more of a pro than a con really).
