You get an iPad upon hiring and get to keep it after being employed a year. They’re the only intensive in-home program I know that pays there employees for travel time and reimburse for mileage.

Cons

The supervisors go ghost on you sometimes.

Pros

Management is knowledgeable and supportive. The culture is laid back and friendly. The owners are genuine people who appreciate their employees not just a corporation out for money. Initial trainings are effective and hands on--you aren't just thrown to the wolves.

Cons

Hours and as a result, pay, are variable due to cancellations by clients. However, in comparison to most ABA companies in the area the pay and benefits are competitive.
