Pros

Compass does its best to keep employees satisfied in a field dominated by Medicaid standards that are outside of its control. It listens to employees ideas about how to raise quality of life, has reasonable case loads, and flexible hours. It also offers benefits like 401k options, health insurance, and PTO.

Cons

Due to the nature of client based work paychecks can be unreliable at times. If clients are sick or cases unexpectedly close there is little the company can do to make up for the lost pay.

Pros

Management is knowledgeable and supportive. The culture is laid back and friendly. The owners are genuine people who appreciate their employees not just a corporation out for money. Initial trainings are effective and hands on--you aren't just thrown to the wolves.

Cons

Hours and as a result, pay, are variable due to cancellations by clients. However, in comparison to most ABA companies in the area the pay and benefits are competitive.
