Pros

Leadership is caring and urges you to take care of yourself. Good experience. More like an internship than a full time job

Cons

Taking care of yourself comes at the expense of not being paid. You can take as much time off as you want if you want to be unpaid. It’s extremely hard to sustain full time. The hours aren’t guaranteed and you will be expected to drive all over. Most of the people who work here are supported by their partners. Do not expect to be able to sustain yourself at this job if you are single.

Pros

Management is knowledgeable and supportive. The culture is laid back and friendly. The owners are genuine people who appreciate their employees not just a corporation out for money. Initial trainings are effective and hands on--you aren't just thrown to the wolves.

Cons

Hours and as a result, pay, are variable due to cancellations by clients. However, in comparison to most ABA companies in the area the pay and benefits are competitive.
