Pros

This company truly embodies their core values regarding personal and professional growth, creating an environment that is open and supportive, taking more than the necessary steps to ensure effective processes with staff and clients, and lastly being gracious and compassionate to all members involved within and around Compass. Compass provides excellent supervision to mental and behavioral health professionals, focuses on relationships, and effective treatment - and this is all done in a transparent and individualized method for each employee. Lastly, Compass is a company that truly puts employees first, regardless of their job title or experience, and is always growing, changing, and improving based on employee wants and needs. Whether that be financially related, schedule related, or your own mental health, this company will continue to find ways to make your life better.

Cons

This is a job for someone who wants to improve their personal and professional skill set by means of feedback, ongoing training, and a passion/curiosity for the population(s) being served.

Pros

Management is knowledgeable and supportive. The culture is laid back and friendly. The owners are genuine people who appreciate their employees not just a corporation out for money. Initial trainings are effective and hands on--you aren't just thrown to the wolves.

Cons

Hours and as a result, pay, are variable due to cancellations by clients. However, in comparison to most ABA companies in the area the pay and benefits are competitive.

Cons

Management highly resistant to genuine feedback/change, *highly inconsistent pay* / no guaranteed hours and corporate reluctancy to accept genuine value-centered standards of practice
