      Colleagues were very talented and great to work with. Good benefits.

      Cons

      After the company went public, the employee culture changed a lot. Felt more like a cog in a wheel once public rather than a valued contributor pre-IPO.

      There is a push to earn a higher commission from each transaction. There is no cap on the amount you pay Compass.
