Nothing beyond what you can get out of any other company

When it comes to staff, Compass is unable to keep up with the times. They provide no flexibility on a WFH or hybrid model post-COVID, meanwhile, we have proven success in those models throughout the pandemic. Staff have voiced their opinion on a more flexible work environment, but management and leadership completely disregards staff input and is requiring unnecessary commutes just to please agents, even though virtual has not been a problem. Compass likes to categorize itself as a tech company when convenient, but won’t keep up with the tech models when not.
