If you can get hired, you've got good job security cause they are afraid to get rid of anyone no matter how bad they are.
Cons
Bluntly this place is a mess. Their shop is very poorly laid out. It's very congested all the time, with no organization. Very little planning goes into assembly. They generally don't focus on what needs to be done first and just do the easy stuff first making the hard stuff even harder. The housekeeping is very poor, a lot of the guys don't clean up after themselves leaving parts, tools, and junk all over the skids causing all sorts of hazards and damaging parts. Moral overall is low, they're losing people left and right, but stubbornly refuse to accept that they have issues than need to be fixed. They don't even have proper parking for the shop employees, just a rented yard that they also store materials in that you have a pretty good chance of picking up something in your tires. I would never recommend working nights. The crew on nights is great, as always, but this place seems to go the extra mile to screw them over. "Putting out fires" as they put it.
