On time salary disbursement, seldom delayed. Yearly employee treats (chocolates, T-shirt, mugs etc.)
Cons
Employment security, they can circumvent scenarios and process to romove you from employment. Even if your tenure is long and your performance is good, you can be removed from employment even without due process. No real employee appreciation for offshore employees. Salary increase is super very minimal. No official medical insurance whatsoever.
