Compass is not so employee friendly - Anonymous employee Compass Group USA Employee Review

Cafe is very expensive considering this is a food service company. They do not subsidize. Medical benefits are expensive, I cannot afford the family coverage as it is too expensive and I know I am not the only on in this situation. This company is so huge and is extremely profitable but it does not trickle down to the employees at all. Raises are tiny, no type of bonus at all.
