      good benefits. good hours if you are salary.

      Cons

      bad management Management overworks employees. If you are goign to work with them, ask for the maximum price range as a Safety Coordinator. You will need to incentive otherwise is not worth the stress and having to put up with the extensive amount of duties and management's inadequacy.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
