Pros
The location I worked for was in Towson, MD at world headquarters for a major tool manufacturer. The experience I gained during my 5 years there was terrific. The pay was great and the hours worked fit my transportation issue perfectly.
Cons
The raise ratio was not as good as expected, there was a limit to what was allowed regardless of performance. The extra job we had in the Spring time as a courtesy to employees of the work location could be difficult due to weather.
