Being employed is a good thing.
Cons
No holiday pay. Have a boss that is mentally challanged, threating monster, and lacks ablilty to do anything analytical. Charged to eat food that would other wise be thrown away. Accumulate vacation time every 12 months, not every 6. They never check on lower level management's treatment of employees.
