      Offered lots of great food People whom I worked with was the best part of my job

      Cons

      Supervisors and managers micro manage Would get called off or if it wasn't busy shifts would get cut short to min. 3 hours

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
