My current client site is one of the higher paying in my region, which is a good problem to have for some time, but leaves little room to grow financially. Also, growth rarely if ever happens staying in the same account, so financial/role growth will rest mostly upon pursuing other opportunities at different Compass accounts.

Team was good easy communication with the team and everyone was very engaging in conversations.

Too many meetings that could had been avoided.
