      Benefits: medical, vacation/sick, education hours/stipend...

      Cons

      Employees are not treated with the same ethical standards they treat clients. Burnout is high as a result to being overworked and grossly underpaid.

      → Meaningful work with crisis patients → Decent pay and benefits on paper → Some wonderful frontline coworkers

      Cons

      → Toxic clique culture among certain leads and supervisors that HR refuses to address → Experienced nurses with clean records are suddenly targeted with anonymous complaints and unfair investigations → Extremely high turnover (90%+ in some teams) speaks for itself → Management plays favorites; if you’re not in the inner circle, you’re eventually pushed out
