This is an extremely competitive industry as there are 15 or so companies that have been doing business here for 20+ years that dominate the local market because they have established reputations. Compassus has no reputation in the area with 50+ competitors. Company unwilling to spend ad dollars to assist in forming company awareness. Company does not provide time to allow employees to build networking relationships necessary to get a referral for a dying patient from doctors, hospitals, nursing homes. You must hit the ground running immediately and you will not be allowed to think outside the box.
