Pros
Compassus has evolved over the years from a start up in '06 to a nationwide company that is thriving. There have been so many opportunities for me to grow and learn new aspects of my work. I like that we can make decisions quickly and not have to be sluggish about changing something that isn't working. We are changing the experience at the end of life for so many families and patients. It feels good to be a part of something that is bigger than I can sometimes comprehend. The impact we make in so many lives feels empowering and I love coming to work every day. I've never worked with nicer, more intelligent people anywhere.
Cons
Being a part of a company that has grown so much has its growing pains. I like that leadership acknowledges that fact and has been putting in place things to help us transition and work out things behind the scenes. We are working on developing people now by adding so much training, we just didn't have it in the past.
