The culture includes radical responsibility accountability. Growth allows the company to have "a voice" at the table with the federal and state regulators. This company is always looking for ways to increase colleague and patient satisfaction. Regional and Division leaders work long hours to support each program and ensure excellence.
Cons
Being with a larger company can have challenges. If you do not understand how to work with a Health Savings Plan you will think the insurance is not good. If you understand it, it is equal to a plan that has a lower deductible but requires a higher monthly premium. It is hard to say it is a con but to some people being held to a high level of self responsibility may be a challenge. (It is a pro overall)
