flexibility, hands off management (except in terms of hours worked)
Cons
You will be heartbroken and angered by the neglect of patients for profit, lack of compliance to medicare standards, awful treatment of patients and staff. Management could not care less about patient care. They prey on "rural" areas with less competition and use it as an excuse to understaff.
