Horrible patient care- bullies - RN Case Manager Compassus Employee Review

Focused on the bottom line. They expect the nurses to work way past their time, too many patients on caseload to begin with and then attempt to add more resulting in poor pt care and satisfaction. No orientation and put new grads in field w/ very little background and orientation. I am an experienced hospice RN and this is the worst hospice I have worked for! I quit after 6wks the poor mam
