      Pros

      Good place to work, Compassionate, Caring, Fair team, respectful of time and work/life balance. Extremely rewarding working with Hospice patients. We are extremely committed to our response times with our current patients and referrals. The patients always come first.

      Cons

      Can be number focused once in a while, but it does not take away anything from patient care.
