      Pros

      all staff with exception of CEO, KG) are brand new to their positions. Some of the nursing staff are wonderful people being over worked and taken advantage of by the CEO who is focused on numbers. Quantity over quality.

      Cons

      focus on making money and admitting patients without proper nursing staff to do so as well as overworking nursing staff. Heath Insurance is un affordable for working families especially single parents

      Meaningful work, supportive team environment, opportunity to help families during difficult times.

      Cons

      Due to my compassion, it can be emotionally demanding at times and challenging to separate work from personal emotions.
