Pros
Clinical team does good job and truly cares for patients. PTO accrual is more than generous. Industry, as a whole, does a good thing for those in need.
Cons
Little training. Regional Sales Manager rarely present, and when he did decide to show up, was largely inadequate and brought no value. They say that census numbers don't drive business decisions...they lie.
