      They sent you a box of cookies on nurses week - Yippee!

      Cons

      I have never seen a company some money grubbing. They don’t care about the patients. The fact that they claim to be a Hospice is a complete joke. Extremely management heavy who doesn’t have a clue of how to run the company. They make policy changes which greatly effects pts without even trying to figure out a plan. If you have any cares for being a hospice nurse or care about a dying patient do not join this company

      Meaningful work, supportive team environment, opportunity to help families during difficult times.

      Cons

      Due to my compassion, it can be emotionally demanding at times and challenging to separate work from personal emotions.
