Pros
Wonderful co-workers, felt like a family. All but management worked together to ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance with Medicare and Hospice Compasses standards. Good benefits even though health insurance deductible high for size of corporation.
Cons
MANAGEMENT!!!!! Only concerned with their "numbers". Do not care how verbal and emotional abuse of staff affected attitude in office. Overheard by a non-hospice person in the community stating that getting rid of long term, higher paid employees and replacing with new, lower paid staff would save money. Small community - very bad reputation builder. Have double standards in place for old employees vs new employees.
