      Pros

      This company focuses so much on employee satisfaction. They have a lot of tenure employees. They stay with the company for the culture, leadership team, and amazing patient care.

      Cons

      I wish there were more opportunities for commission/bonus. Only tenured consultants can reap from the commission/bonus structure—also there are not many advancement opportunities due to the longevity of employees in leadership positions.
