      Pros

      The program level team is amazing with all different professionals working together to better the lives of patients and families. Available on-line resources for training and education.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Salaried and expended to work weekends and holidays with no additional pay. The health insurance is over $10,000 a year. No chance of advancement, higher positions are filled by just moving people from other departments
