Cons
HR takes forever to get anything done, leaving team members in underpaid positions, moving people into new job titles without having a conversation with team members, and taking over a year for salary evaluations. They often use, "duties as assigned" as a catch-all and will move a team member without having a new job description available. Huge lack of accountability, growing too fast causing a lot of burnout across teams to get more done with fewer resources, and always changing technology without an implementation strategy. Zero accountability and then never hold slacking team members accountable. If you do less work, no punishment.
