Pros

The overall culture of the organization is good, especially in the IT department. Much of that has to do with the CIO who is a humble leader who asks for ideas and allows for other leaders to come up with potential solutions.

Cons

There is a new CEO and he wants to create a culture of results. I believe the messaging is good, but the amount of time and energy it takes to build, might not be worth the squeeze on the leaders of the organization. We have to constantly bring everything back to culture with our direct reports. It feels forced and unauthentic.

Increasingly prioritize results over team health. Values of newer executive leaders appear to conflict with long term Compeer culture of putting the team first. We can't fully engage hands, hearts and minds if team members don't feel valued and safe.
