Working from home, team members, benefits and incentives.

Cons

I thought Compeer was the best place to work until new leadership came along. The new CEO changed the culture from being centered around our clients to being centered around growth, revenue and keeping expenses down. The result is madness. I will be looking for another job.

Increasingly prioritize results over team health. Values of newer executive leaders appear to conflict with long term Compeer culture of putting the team first. We can't fully engage hands, hearts and minds if team members don't feel valued and safe.
