      Compeer is an A+ employer. They care about their employees and clients alike.

      Cons

      Some "changing of the guard" during my time there created lots of policy and structure changes, but all in the interest of growing and improving.

      Company benefits are great. Many caring and hard working team members.

      Cons

      Increasingly prioritize results over team health. Values of newer executive leaders appear to conflict with long term Compeer culture of putting the team first. We can't fully engage hands, hearts and minds if team members don't feel valued and safe.
