I have worked for CMD since they became a leader in delivery of dental services to National Guard members in the country. I have been able to work as much or as little as I choose.

There really are no cons.

Flexibility and corporate culture. Chance to help the military.

Cons

Management and ownership. Constantly mislead. Owner chases things around like a squirrel. Never follows up completes projects. Never give a "why" when initiatives change.
